Navigating SAVE is confusing
When done data entry or Netfile, there is a confusing series of "do you want to save your return" prompts, often resulting in the same operation being performed twice. This really needs to be improved.

Have used the program for many years now for myself and immediate family. The only complaint I have is that when it asks you the question"Do you have Union Dues to report?" It should specify to say "No" if it is already on the T-4. I have to keep a note to self not to make this error for next time.

mostly great
this product is very easy to use and gives great explanations along the way. I had a problem last year and it looks like the same concerns are still there. I received a late T4A last year and there was no way to add it to my return through turbo tax after having filed the return through netfile. You have to go through a very complex procedure with CRA and in the end I lost a pretty fair refund amount. Could Turbo Tax create a way to amend a filed return after submission?

Turbotax Standard has made tax season a breeze for me. I can whip through both my partner's and my tax returns within an hour using the guided step by step program.
Turbotax constantly checks for tax savings which, along with the "optimizer" feature, has maximized our household tax refund.
