So Simple
Simple and straight forward. If you have a CRA My Account you can autofill most forms. The netfile makes filing a breeze.

Spelling
I have been using turbotax for a long time, and every year there is a spelling mistake. It drives me nuts, "accommodation" is spelled with 2 cc's and 2 mm's. Thank you. I look forward to correct spelling next year.

Simple to Use
Easy to follow the self-guiding instructions and I like the ability to step forward/back and to review. The warnings are occasionally irrelevant and can cause worry if you're not familiar with the product.

2018 CRA Tax return software
The 2018 version of TurboTax software is very user-friendly, and the software lets you easily leave bookmarks for later checks, as well as allows for convenient going back to earlier completed sections. The only item that could use more clarification is if you receive foreign pension income: TurboTax seems to automatically enter this pension income as "net employment income", rather than add it to pension income on the pension form.
