Great Value
I do uncomplicated tax returns and netfile for a number of senior friends and relatives (not for myself as I'm self-employed and go to an accountant) so I really like TurboTax. The program imports information where possible from priors years' returns so no need to re-enter. It guides you step by step start to finish. You can now download T-slip information right from CRA so very convenient especially when papers can be lost or misplaced.

Updates
Consider not purchasing tax kits until after Turbotax has updates from CRA (not sure if kits are run after CRA updates). Or, make sure you do updates when prompted. I did not do the update and could not figure out why I only had the option to print my returns and not file directly with CRA Netfile.

Tried & True
I have used TurboTax for the past 4 years and it makes my tax filing so quick and easy - both of my returns are done within a couple of hours. I work in Accounting and Finance and can appreciate a solid tax product; this is definitely one. Never had any issues with any previous filings.

Very easy to use

Tax filing for dummies!!!
So easy to use. If you buy every year all your information is transferred to your new return if you select to do so. Auto import of tax slips is amazing and a huge time saver. I have been purchasing this software for many years and will continue to do so. Best tax software ever.

Best Tax Preparation Pain Relief

Easy To Use
I have been using Turbo Tax or its predecessor for 15 plus years and, compared to manually filling out the forms provided by the CRA, is a breeze to use. I like the optimizers and the ability to netfile the tax return.

Why would I pay someone to do what I can do myself
My returns are not extra complicated but I do have a variety of income and deductions. I was astounded the first time i used this program how easy it is. Updates this year made it much easier to go back and forth with in the program which is great.

10 years with no problems
I've been using this program for over 10 years, my returns are somewhat basic with little or no complications and there have never been any problems, before, during or after filing. My return is processed and refund received typically with 7 - 10 days after filing.
