Better than ever
Honestly, every year I think the product is perfect and the next year, they still find things to improve. So simple to use and it gets everything. My refund even includes $0.01 for a CPP overpayment.

Easy to use

Great software!
I see continual improvements. This year the connect to CRA netfile was so much easier than in previous years.I have highlighted several improvements for next year and hopefully they will implement them all and next year's version should be terrific.

Easy Program

I've used TurboTax to complete our tax returns for many years and I have never had any issues with our tax returns.
I do think I should get a discounted e-offer earlier than when it currently occurs given I have a tendency to get my taxes done early...;o)

Best Product on the Market
I have used TurboTax for many years. It is by far the best and easiest software to use. Filing online is now very easy as well. You will get the correct refund or amount owing each time if you use their easy step method. Price is reasonable as well.

Continues to Meet My Needs
I have used Turbo Tax since its inception. I use the "Forms" version and find the product to be intuitive and accurate, with regular updating performed. I buy the product direct from Intuit as soon as it is available and feel I should receive a loyalty/early buyer discount. It seems people are rewarded for waiting until the last minute to buy the product, which seems counter-intuitive to me.

New and Improved !
Despite several years experience with Turbo Tax, I am pleasantly surprised by the improvements this year. The process is much "friendlier" to the user and the summary pages are clear and simple to reconcile. Thank you for these improvements.
In the provincial portion, it seems that cities and towns in Northern Ontario could be programmed in so that they do not flag a potential problem for the user.
