Some Problems with Turbo Tax
In 2024 I was able to complete my Turbo Tax by selecting the CRA download with no problem.
This year for 2025 submission I had to pay $60 to sort out the access for CRA download. Instructions were not available until I paid $60.
It was also very difficult to find the correct version of Turbo Tax as there are many copy cats and USA versions. Why didn't Turbo Tax in Canada just email me an offer so that I could purchase directly without risking access from SCAMS?

Standard
Turbo Tax Standard is ideal for tax returns for couples and singles with a moderate degree of investments, etc. It is a very easy program to use and has netfiling capabilities.

TurboTax is not perfect, but it is good enough that I continue to use it year after year after year. Thank you. I help others with their income taxes using TurboTax as well. I appreciate that TurboTax lets me do more than just my own income taxes.

Great product but doesn't support Windows 10
Turbo Tax is a great product. I have been using it for years. However, I am one of those who refuses to upgrade to Windows 11, so I had to do this year's taxes on someone else's computer. I will be seeking another product for next year.

Needs tweaking
Digital subscription line 31350 has been eliminated by the CRA, but turbotax help allows you to "search " for the line and how to enter it etc, But its useless since its non existing....wasted effort & time to make a non qualifying deduction

Great for preparing tax returns
I have been using Turbo Tax for my and my daughter's taxes. I find it very easy to use, and a great value for the money. Both of ours are fairly straightforward, so I can't comment on more complex tax returns, but I definitely highly recommend it for less complicated returns.

I find it useful to use Turbo-tax. The hints and forms are helpful. The review process is beneficial as well. This year I made an error and had a reassessment, I was about to refile through Turbo-Tax. Very nice.

Keep coming back

Good Product

Very easy to use
I have been using Turbotax for years. It is easy to use and I have never had a tax problem from using it. I had my taxes checked against it by a tax expert a few years ago and was told that,"she couldn't find anything that would have been different if she had done them".
So that is good enough for me!!!
