great product support
Had a major gliche trying to netfile. Getting through to TT was quick. TT agent was friendly and diligent in walking me through the problem. It had to go to level 2 who eventually solved it. It was the CRA access code creating the problem, not TT. By not using the access code, I was able to netfile easily. Thanks to the agent and TT.

A complex task made easy!
I find taxes tough and daunting but with Turbotax - it tries to make things more manageable. The way the taxes are done changes as you complete the taxes - which can be a nightmare, but luckily it gets handled for you.

Turbo Tax Standard
This is my 5th year using this product. Improvements have been made which makes it very easy to use. The only improvement I would like to see is to be able to print out the questionaire in advance. Other than that, Great Product.

Almost too easy

Easy and Fast
Easy and Fast. Talks you through all the steps you need to keep yourself organized. Keep paper copies of your support documentation for 7 years and you will be ready. My wife and I were audited twice and it was simple, as I had everything organized.

Continue to prepare proforma returns in December
I have used Turbo tax ever since it morphed from Quick Tax a number of years ago. I find it very user friendly and intuitive. The carry forward feature is Great as is the support for trying a number of iterations of shared Pensions and Charitable donations.

Works great
I have used Turbo Tax for ten years now and it has always been great. It always saves me a lot of time and trouble. Saves a lot of headaches and always seems accurate in its calculations. Using Turbo Tax makes me almost look forward to doing my taxes.

Flawless return
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and the best thing is that I do not need to deal with the details of the individual forms.
The income splitting optimizer works great, which gives me maximum return every year.
I could then send the return through NetFile, and received confirmation from CRA right away. Excellent.

Easy way to do Taxes
I have been using Turbo Tax to do mine and my husbans taxes for thirteen years and its always been great !
I also do taxes for a few friends that are very easy and straight forward ! I love it , helps me help them as they get all stressed out thinking of taxes ! I'll continue to use this program .

Simple and easy
