Peace of mind
Access to many ressources and ease of use makes submitting income taxes a breeze. I'm confident all is good with my return. This is especially true for Québec residents. Prior to living in NB, I was a Québec resident working in Ontario. WOA!!!!!

Always Good
I have been using TurboTax (and before that intuit's QuickTax, so over 15 years total) and have always found it very user friendly. The steps make sense, are easy to follow, and do everything but enter the info on their own (although if you have the right electronic file that can happen too). The help and highlighted guides are plain English (not tax lawyerese) which is greatly appreciated. I have recommended this product to EVERYONE.

User Friendly
Been using Turbotax now for over 5 years. It's the most easiest user friendly tax software. It is also the cheapest compared to having your returns done professionally. I have never been audited, since using it and trust their expertise.

Love it!
Having used Quicken from its early days, Turbo Tax was a natural. It is simple to use, taking you through step by step yet giving the option of returning at any time to a previous section or page, while the refund or tax owing amount is continually updated in the upper left corner.

Only 1 error in 8 years
Have used product since 2010 and until last year we never had an error. Last year my wife was assessed and additional $179.00 and CRA didn't say why.

Great Improvements
