Good Experience for me
I was talking with a friend about filing my income tax. For the last 30 plus years it has been done by the professional who did my business accounting. The pandemic killed teh business and I decide to try the TurboTax referred by my friend. This first year took some time to get all the info entered but it was very intitive. I missed a couple of things with; my wife's filing and it was really easy to go back and find where I needed to add that information. I am old and impatient but this program made it very easy to get it all done in one sitting. Thanks

The program works very well. I did find that it was little more difficult to move around the process with the links provided on the left side of the screen. I did have a problem finding the t1170 form and completing that but the agents were very helpful and great to deal with.

Easy and affordable
The Turbo Tax system walks you through each section, giving tips along the way. I usually enter all the information and then leave it a few days, before doing a complete review of the figures and info I originally added.This is my fourth year using Turbo Tax.

Excellent Tax Preparation Product
Tax preparation was easy with helpful walk through instructions. Only thing I did not like is the Turbotax multiple popups that came up beyond the initial ask at the beginning that was soliciting to buy add on Turbotax products that I was not interested in.

Simply the Best

Easy, straight forward for those novice returns
I'm not a fan of taxes or know how to do it myself. I've been using TurboTax for 4 years and have been doing my own taxes ever since. For those afraid to tackle it on your own, I can speak from experience with TurboTax it's a breeze!

Excellent
I have been a long time TurboTax user and definitely would recommend it to others. I bought standard most years. I find it easy to use and a very good value. I do have 2 suggestions from a user perspective. 1) Allow the import of tax data before asking me what information needs to be input. 2) Make the review a little more intuitive. I don't mind too much getting medical expense tips when I don't have any medical expenses entered but I get more concerned getting warnings about situations that don't even remotely apply to me or my family situation. Thank you for any consideration given to my suggestions.

We are converting yo Mac computers. I tried the Deluxe version but am frustrated when I couldn't get to the individual forms like the Standard has. Is it possible to access the individual forms with Turbo Tax Deluxe?

Turbo Tax is great!
I have been using Turbo Tax for years! I do taxes for myself and my son and daughter. I love that it's so easy to understand and use, not complicated at all and it gets sent immediately to CRA and we get our refunds quickly. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Turbo Tax is a great product.
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and always been very pleased with it except for a lack of indication that it is loading or whatever between when you click the program icon and the program actually displays the first/home page.

I paid $37.95 for Turbotax instead of the $330 that I paid to an accountant last year. I even completed my friend's tax and he saved $220. It is simple and straightforward to use. I highly recommend.
