Gets better each year
Very easy to use software, taxes aren't scary anymore. I've noticed over the last few years some great changes both in format and style that make navigating through the tax pages very user-friendly. Will continue to use Turbotax :).

Worth Every Penny
Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes a breeze. Easy to follow and use. Totally worth every penny I paid for it...and even that wasn't very much!

consistent value
Consistency within the software, even though it has been improved, makes it seamless year to year. It is like an old friend walking one through the process - much less intimidating. Changes are explained with language that makes sense, and things that stay the same look the same. It simply works, without the stress of some other programs. Recommend it to friends every year.

TurboTax - as easy as ever !
If your taxes are fairly straightforward (no rental property, not divorced, etc), just use TurboTax. There really is no need to pay a tax service to prepare your returns - its a waste of money. TurboTax walks you through it step by step - its incredibly easy and stress free.

Only complaint in 15 yrs.
Great product, starting with QuickTax then TurboTax, been customer for 15 years. Only negative about entire experience, in that time I'm not a social media user. Had to answer questions online to a machine to get the telephone number to talk to a human. Again, only negative in 15 years repeat business.

I have used turbo tax standard for friends and family for over 5 years. There is no better product. When the returns are filed, they receive exactly the amount show on their returns. Have never had any differences in amounts.
