Best Tax Software
I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and have found it to be easy to use. It credits me with the deductions I can use and computes all amounts. I will continue to use it to do my taxes in the future.

Trouble printing return to send - watermark issue
TurboTax needs to fix the send return to CRA as our return had the "duplicate do not send to CRA' watermark. Confusing. Had to open the cra pdf file and print that

Always a great program
Just an easy program to use - easy to find things and double check with the forms feature. The ability to just print the forms you need to save in a file is great.

Easy to use, quick to file
It's a breeze to file taxes with TurboTax. Bought a different software one year but after that, never filed with any other app but TurboTax. It takes you step by step and really makes sure you don't mess up. The hardest part is to collect all your receipts and T4s from around the house from various "filing" locations :)

Very fast and simple
I sat down to do a tax return for my father-in-law and it was done and sent within 15 minutes. Between importing data from the previous years form, and downloading all his tax forms from the CRA directly, no data had to be keyed into a single field! Then I tackled my own joint return. 15 minutes later all the forms were filled in directly from the previous return and the CRA website. All I had to do was key in my Charitable Donations info and play around with Medical Expense assignment to get the best outcome. Half an hour later, everyone had been Netfiled successfully. Easiest tax season ever!

Apart from difficulties with T1135 in previous years this year is much better. You do need to show the link to BoC's list of Country Codes more prominently. It was found hidden in a reply to someone else's question - it should be shown on the form. I've used this software for more that ten years - it has got better. Thank's for your help in getting over the nightmare at tax time.

Clear, easy and quick!
You don't need to understand all the ins and outs of the Canadian tax system. Turbotax keeps it simple by taking you through a number of straightforward questions. You just need to make sure you have your tax slips handy -- the rest is easy!

Software use
I found 2016 software better to move around in than 2017. This years I found it more difficult to go back and forth between pages and had to go through all of the questions just to get to the page I needed. It took me a lot longer to get through the process due to not being able to click on the page or section that I needed.
BOTH 2016 & 2017 had an error message about script. I have not encountered this on any other software that I have used but this one. EXTREAMLY ANNOINING!! Took for ever to get through the process due to this error box after EVERY click!! PLEASE fix this for next year. I had also uninstalled, reinstalled and tried installing over top of the on I already had installed. I really do not know what causes this but it needs to be addressed for 2018. If I need to uninstall previous year first, please put that on the instructions or add a note on the cd cover.
This reflects the 3 stars for ease of use. Other than that I love turbo tax. I have the basic concepts to prepare my husbands & my taxes each year and the CRA has not found much in error over the 6 plus years or so that I have been using Turbo Tax and processing our taxes.

Help with the hard parts
Had some experience with the new forms re declaration of principal residence and sale of a home. It looks scary at first, but Turbo Tax led me through the maze of arcane CRA language OK. The form T2091 really needs simplifying.

I have used Turbo Tax since when it was called Quick Tax. I don't know how may years that is. I like the way it works as I use the simple way and put the numbers in myself.
The automatic entry method is to fancy for me.
