Easy to Use
I prefer to use the forms and I find the process to be quick. Compared to paper, it's so much faster and there are less errors. I like that it checks and double checks before I finally submit the return.

Turbotax
I like this product because it is simple to use and it allocates the figures to the proper line numbers. In addition, it does an excellent job of calculating capital gains/losses and foreign income.

EXCELLENT PURCHASE

Easy to Use
Great software overall, very easy to use and I noticed and improved speed with Netfile this year (2017 tax filing). I did notice a minor bug where I could not delete a T4 entry that was mistakenly entered, i.e. an additional T4 was entered. There was no content on this T4 and it would just not delete!, trying it many times with no success and even deleting and entering values etc., restarting TT and even the computer. It did not however cause any further error even up to Netfile, but annoying to see that it is actually there in the entry under Easy Step.

Best Purchase Ever
It was a great deal I got from Loblaws, we got a discount and a gift card of equal value from Loblaws. It was easy to use, however the disclaimers are much longer than I remembered them to be.

Best version of Turbo Tax yet
The new features in Turbo Tax 2017 makes doing my Taxes easier and faster. Make use of the feature to import your T4 and other similar slips from the CRA website. No chance of typing errors when using this feature.

Good value
I'm cheap and this is good value for your$$$
I got a little mixed up at the file and saving a copy area as I didn't file after I had input our two returns the menu at the top sort of disappears when you reopen your saved file to finish up, having used this prg for the last 3-5 years or so I was somewhat familiar with the filing saving a copy routine.

After many years of use, it seems Turbotax is continually easier to use. For example, one can close the file and it's an easy process to resume.
I suggest not increasing price as there appears to be competition from other brands.
