easy to use, and smart
We started to use Turbo tax after I graduated from university. A friend recommended Turbo tax for us. Yes, it is very easy to use, straight forward, all you need to do is to put numbers in to the space, and Turbotax can help you maximize your return by helping you with all the deduction. Long time user
I always love using TB. It guides me through all the required forms I submit and assists me in making better choices with the Wizards and Optimizer. Spousal calculations are easily explained and easy to use. Great program.

Easy to Use

Whew
Taxes actually horrify me. But this software almost makes filing them into a game. I love seeing the number on my return climb as I complete more forms. It also just removes that fear that I'm doing something wrong

Best way to file your taxes
I like the interview system, even though it takes a little longer to complete. This way I am sure I haven't missed anything. I also use the software to help financial planning, using a copy of the file to evaluate the tax impact of changes I am considering.

User Friendly Program
I've always come back to the Turbo Tax Program, and I've used other forms of Tax programs thru the years. Its not complicated, it's easy to follow along right up to the Net file CRA site.

all good
I have used Turbo forever and will continue to do so. I had a small glitch this year in downloading but called and it was fixed no hassle. First time I've had one. Only thing I would like is to see a notice to scroll down on the first pages where necessary. But I can live with that. So go out and get yours next year you won't regret it.

Great product

Taxpayer friendly
Have used Turbo Tax for years & love how each year they make it just a bit easier to use while always providing comprehensive guidance. The "Optimizer Options" always clearly show me how to get the maximum tax break. Love that!! May not be the cheapest but the tax-savings help pay the cost & I always feel like I'm aware & clear about what I have filed. I recommend it to all my friends!

My background is a professional accountant (CA) I have used the product for my personal returns and those of some relatives. I have weaned the relatives off me so doing two simple returns doesn't warrant buying the download any more. I have enjoyed the product for all these years.
