Always Works
We have been filing our taxes on line since the first year it was available. We remember printing out our half inch thick returns on a line printer from our C-64, over night! Stuffing them into an envelope and racing to the nearest CRA office before it closed on the last day. (it wasn't CRA then).
We still Cheer and High Five When the Turbo Tax screen says "Great News!"
Turbo Tax is the best computer software that we use and every year it just gets better. We have made recommendation for the program and they seem to be incorporated into the program.

TT-2017 Returns
Having purchased the TurboTax the last 8+ years, it only keeps getting better.
This years program was one of the best ever and I found it extremely easy to navigate.
On the plus side a refund is always preferable.

This is my first time of filing my tax and that of my family. It has always been done by a tax person. I was pushed to the wall to do it by myself, since I have no money to pay the tax person. The application is easy to use. When I have an error, I go through the application suggested process of fixing the error. When it was not fixed, I was able to contact TurboTax support who worked me through. I will always use TurboTax.

Font Issue
I'm not to pleased with the font that is used on the forms in Turbo Tax. Once it prints out it's fine but not when reading it on the screen. I would prefer Arial or some other more modern font.

easy to do taxes
Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. Very easy to use. Used it through having children, children going through university, married, now widowed. Still easy to use through all those changes. I have a small business, employment earnings, and pension. I don't bother with the business upgrade because the standard version is so easy to use and includes the small business information I need. The easy step method can be done by a child.
