Super easy
I ended up buying the standard pack with 8 tax returns, Program is so easy to follow, very bright, and uncomplicated and they have staff available if things get too tricky.
The program allowing you to import CRA information is super convenient!

great program

Been using it for 7 years
First year you use it there's a lot of info to input, of course, but after that I love how much it remembers of my personal life.
It's very easy to import your T4s etc from CRA.
The program gives ample opportunities to go back & change, review, re-print or save.
It's easy (& fun) to try out different scenarios as you're working. The bottom line owing/refund is always visible on the screen, updated immediately.
Your purchase includes a generous number of filings. You can do your whole family (& some friends!) for the price of one.
Two downsides - it wants you to upgrade, but what software doesn't do so? It's easy to ignore the sales pitch. Also, each year I'm never 100% sure that I'm getting the best price when I purchase as an "early bird" or as a "returning user". Something we have to take on faith, I suppose.

Easy Navigation, Getting pricey
Very easy to use. Cost has gone up so I will be re-evaluating next year for a competitive product. If there was a discount for seniors it would be a more attractive product to use for me.

Great tax software
Have used TurboTax for years and found it to work well with the CRA to file your returns.
Found one questionable area: If you pull your tax information from CRA, and you have a private health plan, the amount you paid into the plan will automatically show up in TurboTax. However, when you go through the Medical Deductions portion, I'm always tempted to manually add the costs of the private plan from the T slip . . . but this has already been added from the CRA records. This confusion only applies if you pull all your T slips from the CRA.

Best Purchase Ever
I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have never been disappointed. I love that it does all the calculations for me and have never had any wrong returns. I would rather use this way of doing my returns because I can see exactly what's being done right away and not have to go over it with someone else and it keeps my returns private. I love it.
