Can't Say Enough Great Things

Easy Peasy Filing
Awesome product. Love that the fonts are larger for easier reading, editing, and navigating thru forms. Easystep Interview is a great tool to ensure you are entering info correctly, as well as the Optimizers are very helpful.

Maximum Refund
I've been using Turbo Tax, or a previous version of, for about ten years. I have never had any questions raised by Revenue Canada, nor had any errors noted. I have always received the maximum refund possible under my circumstances. And it's a lot easier than doing it by hand! I did my parents' taxes last year for the first time. Instead of owing, I got my father a high four digit refund he was not expecting. I'm still waiting for my, um, "reward".

Char itable both
My spouse and I are in a second marriage. We both have independent income sources. We both support charities but separately. we would like the option of assigning receipts from our income individually. At the present they are combined and then assigned in total.

Easy To Use
I find Turbo Tax is easy to use and got easier with the Auto Fill. The Step by Step method is very useful. Finally discovered that if I need to check or add info to a form, it is easier to go to FORMS at the top instead of trying to go back or forward while entering the forms in T3 or T5.
Find it frusterating when I have received some T forms but are not in Canada Revenue My Account or some Forms afre in My CRA Account but never received them in mail.

Disappointed
I was disappointed that I did not have the ability to transfer 2016 information to start the 2017 returns.
The file took me directly to creating the profile from scratch..
Now I see the invitation to set it up for 2018 easy transfer, but not how to do it.

Not Bad
Is it just me or were there a lot more helpful hints (questions and answers) years ago.
Also in an era where may of us are doing our elderly or deceased parents taxes, I for one would have liked more information.
(eg - Don't claim - does nothing or must be claimed )
Other than my personal preferences to certain situations - have to love this product.
