Easy to Use
Takes you through the whole process and checks for tax savings opportunities you may have overlooked. All the calculations done for you. You can save a copy for your records, and if you use Turbotax the following year, it will take the basic info from this year and fill in name, address, dependants, etc

Like a Tax Pro
I've dealt with so-called "tax pros" in the past. Turbo Tax does the same work, with the same precision, for less time and a LOT less money. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone with simple, personal tax forms. Businesses and people with lots of foreign investments should probably stick with an accountant, but TurboTax also has a business software ... I haven't needed to try that out at all, but if it's as good as their Standard software, it'll probably do the trick!

good program
Excellent product. Never know where to purchase.Every outlet and store has a different price, plus or minus ten dollars. I buy direct from Turbo Tax, and then find it somewhere at a lesser price. Otherwise it's my go to tax program.Perhaps a bonus program for repeat and loyal customers.

I have an accounting background. I have used Quick Tax/TurboTax for years. I created a spreadsheet version of a tax return years ago because I was tired of doing the same calculations over and over again. The first time I used Quick Tax I was hooked. It was everything I looked for in a tax preparation product. Anyone who has a fairly basic return is incurring a large extra cost by using a third party service. Even if you do not have any understanding of how to complete your return just follow the easy steps outlined in the product. Any options you have will be clearly identified for you and you can run various scenarios to get the best action for you.
