Extremely Easy

Never love doing taxes but if I have to this is the only way! I started with basic but found out I needed the standard version so I upgraded easily on line!

Simple and Fast
I have been using Turbotax to plan and submit my family taxes for years. I previously used Turbotax to determine how much RRSP I should contribute before the deadline to optimize my taxes and would then take my taxes to an Accountant however, after getting the same results after numerous years and convenience of Netfile no longer do both. Excellent, simple, economical and fast.

medical receipts. Please include note that insurance.premium total will be entered in a later window. Question always is "are premiums entered with receipts?"
Should 100 receipt be entered as one? should premiums be added in the receipt total as a receipt?
Not logical.

Getting noisy
This product is as easy to use and reliable as ever, BUT it is getting more popups and interruptions than ever. There seems to be a new one this year when it starts up that i have to waive every time - i wish there were an option to have it permanently go away. Also, now there is an extra service being pitched - first the review, then the guarantee. A bit of a marketing nuisance but i guess tolerable if the additional revenue earned from buyers of this service can keep the cost of the product low.

Great program for making all this crap easier
Great program for the non-accountant! Only glitch in the whole program was the location for saving the tax returns... should have been in the documents/TurboTax2017 folder, not the program folder. Wonderful program for simplifying this insane Federal-Provincial tax return process.
