Easy to Use and Reliable
I find Turbotax (like Quick-tax before it) works extremely well, is reliable and most important - does not change unnecessarily every year. It is easy to use and since I have used it for at least 25 years (including QuickTax which it replaced), I am a loyal customer.

5 taxes done in half a day

So easy to use!
I have been using Quick Tax/Turbo Tax for 15+ years, I have always found it to be so easy to use, accurate and excellent value for the money.
Having the ability to fill multiple returns for other family members is great. And being able to transfer the information from the previous year to the next year makes the entire process a breeze.

Great Value
The cost of the software was less than 2% of the amount of my refund!
Using this product in tandem with MyCRA makes tax filing a real breeze.
My taxes this year were not highly complex - no capital gains this year, no moving or change in property ownership (however, even in years where my taxes have been more complex I have used and been satisfied with TurboTax)

Better than Ufile.
I purchased Ufile and it turns out the Ufile calculation of pension income split was incorrect. It did not allow for an optimization schedule to see what the impact would be. Turbo tax provided this schedule along with a correct calculation. Not sure why this happened. I will always buy Turbo tax in future.
