Direct Deposit Account info
Netfile procedures is more confusing comparing to previous years. Turbo tax this year have question of setting up or changing direct deposit account info. It only gives two choices 1) setting up direct deposit account info 2) I do not want direct deposit for refund cheque....
It was confusing since we do not want to change direct deposit info. We also do not want refund cheque mail to us.

User Friendly
It would be appreciated to have an option of filing up to only 4 returns at a lower cost, because I never have need to file up to 8 returns for the added cost.

Fast N Easy to follow

BEST TOOL EVER
I've BEEN USING QUICKTAX/TURBOTAX FOROVER TEN YEARS AND IT HAS BEEN THE BEST TAX TIME TOOL EVER INVENTED TO COMPLETE INCOME TAX FORMS FOR FILING. I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD HAVE BEEN DOING OUR TAXES MANUALLY ALL THESE YEARS WITHOUT GOING CRAZY.

Easy to use
We did not use all of the returns that are included with the software. It would be more beneficial for consumers to offer less returns and lower the product price. We found the software easy to use!

Turbo Tax does it again....

Great!
I have been using Turbotax for years and have had zero problems. Works as advertised and gets your taxes done very quickly. Extremely easy to follow and navigate each section, and easy to understand with the blue highlighted information tabs to quickly inform and resolve any issues you may have. I will be using Turbotax for many years to come! Thanks for an awesome product Turbotax!!
