Super fast and simple
Very easy to use and straightforward. The Smart Tips and other suggestions that it mentions just in case you forgot something is a good safe guard. If you have a simple set up for taxes, nothing complicated like stocks, bonds, etc, then this is great for you

Purchasing On Line
Purchasing on line was very easy. I should have done it years ago. I use the easy steps version as it keeps me on track. The downloads are quick and useful. I have never had an issue with using NetFile and have always received my return promptly. I would recommend this to anyone.

Easiest Way
It takes the pain and frustration out of paper. The new easy to use larger adjustable letters (font) with correct wrap around made it way easier to see.
I can only hope in the new edition, that is also true in the help section which I found lacking.
Complain as I like, 8+ user years now.

Great Value for Money
It is very easy to use but a bit confusing on some tax credits like bus passes or union dues, because it asks you about these things before it says if they were included on your t4 slip. That comes later. It is a step I could have had to look at. Otherwise it is great
