first time user
This was my first time using Turbo Tax as others had done it for me in the past. I liked how the process worked through all the steps carefully and I felt assured that I was doing the right thing each step of the way. My only difficulty was trying to send my return very late at night and, when that did not work, feeling nervous that my feedback was that I could only try sending it five times before I would not be allowed to send it. I did try the next day during working hours and the return was accepted on my first try. I look forward to completing my taxes with Turbo Tax in the future.

Just to let you know how easy it is to use. If you have all your paper work in order just check to see if down loading the CRAs numbers match your paper copies your done.

A bit confusing!
I suggest the 'Transfer (previous year) return' be on Page 1 of the Profile page as well as in the File drop-down menu.

Easy Peasy

Meh
The software was easy to use ,some questions needed to be read over 2 or 3 times to understand them. oh yet if your doing your wife's and your return and you want to print them . you need to select yours to print your wife's and select your wife's to print yours, software bug!!! if your saving the return it works properly for the individual

Taxes made easy
Our tax returns are complex enough that a calculator, lots of time, two large envelopes and a few dollars worth of stamps would be required.
I have used Turbo tax for many years and trust it's accuracy and find the process easy to follow.
