Worth the money
This is certainly the most cost effective way to do your taxes. The bonus is the ability to tell people that you do your own. Very easy and reliable method to do your taxes.

Makes taxes simple and fun
The best feature by far is the importing from My CRA Account and earlier years TurboTax Files - Makes it a snap to easily review, make any adjustments/additions, and voila! Plus NEtfiling integrated right in makes the whole process an easy breeze! I've actually been looking forward to filing for the last few year now :) All done by St.Patrick's day means I get my refund fast, and CRA gets a more even flow of files to process, everyone's a winner!

Great Value
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets better. The information requirements are presented in a logical sequence with clarifying information readily available at the click of your mouse. The charity, medical RRSP and income sharing optimizers are critically important and easy to use. Finally, the submission of your tax return to CRA couldn't be simpler or easier to do.

Easy program
I have been using TurboTax (formerly Quicktax) since it first came out many, many years ago. I actually wish they would change the question how long have you been using it and adding longer than five years so I don't have to pick I don't know
It is one of the easiest programs to use especially if you have basic tax return stuff . If you have more complicated taxes you just need to purchase one of the upgraded (for Business/Investments) and it walks you through it

Great product.
I have used this product for last 5 years.
Well satisfied.
I noticed this year that when pension spllting is used a tax deduction split occurred in my case. I didn't realize this would occur. At least 5 hours were spent trying to correct the numbers and on the phone with Turbo Tax CSRs.
Recommend that the software give the user a flag when such an adjustment is made.

Use it every year!
Very easy and straightforward. Easier every year by being able to pull in previous returns from TT files. Always happy with the step by step instructions and it makes it clear so I can submit with confidence. I don't feel like there is any risk or guesswork involved on my part, and I am no accountant.
I will continue to use this product for the foreseeable future.

Satisified, but little glitch with CRA connection
I have used your program for several years and really like.The only problem I had this year was when I had to access CRA for both me and my spouse. I could get into my own Account to transfer data or to check after filing, but when I tried to proceed with my husband's return, it would say that I couldn't access that SIN return. Your program would then freeze and I would have to close it. I ended up sending in my return twice because the first filing was not saved.

Quick and Easy
Quick and easy to use I literally just sat down 1 hour ago and was finished my taxes in no time. Everyone that says doing your own taxes is hard NEEDS TO GET THIS PRODUCT. This is my 3 year completing my taxes and each year has been great!

Easy to use, this year
I have used TurboTax for twenty years or more and this year it was the easiest one to use. The Standard version is just right for my usage. The price is right and I receive the new version by internet, every year. I like buying it by using my Visa card. This year the questions and answer method made logical sense from first to last question. Other people can look over my shoulder and understand what I am doing, with every question. It leaves me with a very logical feeling when I am finished.
