Wizard problems

I won't use anything else!
I have been using TurboTax for over a decade to file my returns and it is simple and easy to use. The help information is also excellent to ensure I maximize my return but don't make mistakes either.

Reminder to User
I ended up doing my taxes over 2 days as I could not locate my Notice of Assessment from the previous tax year. I would suggest a reminder at the end of tax preparation to make sure the users keep their Notice of Assessment with their tax filing info for the next year once it arrives.

Better and Better
I have used Quick Tax/Turbo tax for years. I am not a computer person but managed in the old days with creating a pdf, transferring it over to a special file etc. This year with a direct connection to our CRA account I had this done in 20 minutes.
Having called the Turbo Tax professional last year for an itemized review of my 2016 return I am confident that I have covered my bases this year too.

Saved me BIG money!
I have used Turbo Tax for years. It was difficult this year because I didn't know what to do with the death benefits. First attempt I ended up owing over $25,000! Paid the fee for a review. Helped greatly. Their professionals got my owing down to just ove $4000. They were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend both the software and the service. I will definitely be using it again next year. Yes I would recommend Turbo Tax to friends and family.

Excellent program!
I never had the confidence to do my own taxes and I would pay hundreds of dollars to have a professional do them. But after using TurboTax, I can confidently do it on my own. It guides you so well and the program is very organized.
