Best purchase ever again this year.
Very straight forward and easy to use. Just put in your info and the program does the rest. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it just keeps getting easier and better. I recommend Turbo Tax to all my friends and family.

The Dreaded Line 17
Everybody knows that TurboTax is good, but NOBODY can understand why line 17 of the T5 screen is on a separate screen. There's plenty of room for it on the main T5 screen. Why? Why? Why?

Opening
No surprises initial opening. I used the step method. Events went smoothly. Program speed very good compared to past versions. Very easy to enter data.
I found forms lookup easier to use (at least appeared so).
One thing I did not like; I saved and closed the program periodically. Upon re-opening it did not return me to the step method menu; rather, the last form I worked on. I could not get to step system to re-appear.
Problem?? Probably not.

I Have Used For Years!
I have used Turbo Tax since it originally came out. I have never had any issues, and it is extremely user friendly. It only takes minutes to use and I always recommend it to all my friends and family. Great product!

Best DIY Tax Program
I was not sure if I wanted to prepare my own taxes but after using turbo tax I have never turned back now 4 years back to back. CRA never needed to make corrections so Turbo Tax is on the ball with the latest info.

Problem with CRA tax information transfer
Worked very well. Only problem was with downloading tax slips from CRA for both myself and spouse, but this is probably on CRA's end.

great,,,BUT
All in all , a good tool for the money, BUT the instructions to Print ( and NOT SAVE the blank forms),,does not work and is a frustrating waste of paper,,it ASKS when you save as PDF file button, but when you print EVERTHING comes out...you try and go BACK to the file saved and the drop down menu wont go there,,auughhh,,little but annoying
too many repeated warnings too....sheesh.

Each year there appear improvements to make the program more intuitive.
