Love Love Love
I have used turbo tax for years and it is so easy and it doesn't cost as much as going to get someone to file for you. I love the advantage thing as well where it will let you know when its ready to download for the next year. I would recommend it hands down. :)

So easy to use
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and compared to others it is very easy to use. The EasyStep wizard guides you through questions you may not have thought about to answer. And for us advanced users you can switch over to Forms easily. Worth every penny.

Relatively Simple
The only problem I had was a minor one when it asked me about importing the previous years tax info.
It just took a bit of cloose reading and it all worked out.
Easy to use and I like the simplified easy fill to guide the applicant through the program.

Very Good Product
Very easy to use and good value for the money. I prepare income tax returns for myself, my spouse, my daughter and her husband as well as my son. I also setup income tax files using nicknames to do "what if " scenarios to project the next year's income tax amount owing or refund if circumstances are changing significantly. This year the software provides you with the option to print the confirmation numbers from CRA but it uses 4 sheets of paper for only actually 1 sheet of printed information. Please fix this.
