TurboTax 2013 Version
Overall an excellent product. Ran into problems with updating the software however (as I needed to do in order to access the Netfile option). This is a 2013 return I filed in 2018, so the update was time consuming and a little tricky, and I was fortunate to get through it - however I can see where it could be a costly time delay. Suggest a banner to highly recommend software updates be done at the OUTSET of every session, especially warning users that Netfile won't work unless you update! Other than that the software runs smoothly and is easy to follow, must give kudos for that.

Well Worth The Cost
I have used TurboTax many times over the last decade or two. I have always found that I come back to it after going elsewhere for my taxes. Very accurate, saves time and money. I have had issues on more than one occasion with some of the big name income tax preparation offices completing my taxes. That has not happened with TurboTax. I would highly recommend this product

Easy to use and effective

The real DIY taxes suite
I had been using Turbo Tax for the last ten years and the evolution and improvement is 1000% noticeable.
For any doubt or question it is always the corresponding help.

Could this be any easier!
I have been using this software for more than 5 years and it keeps getting better and better. The step by step process is simple and when I do forget to check something off it's easy to go back. My return is quite simple, T4's, RRSP's, Children and a Rental Property. I use TurboTax Standard and have no issues getting what I need without an upgrade. It's wonderful!

The easy step interview makes completing tax information fast and easy.
The business forms are available using the standard package, but entries must be done manually on the correct form. To save some frustration upgrade to the business package.

I have used this program for years. My sight is poor asnd I have great difficulty working with thin BLUE fonts. The forms are BLck. I need you to put te rest if the program in BLACK. I am not able to read this page.
