easy pesy
We have used Turbo Tax for many years. We were great users of the tax preparation businesses prior but found them sadly lacking and they charged way too much for the returns. Have no problems since using Turbo Tax And its soooo easy.

Easy
Every year the software becomes easier. I've been a turbotax user for years and the number 1 benefit is you can import your data from previous years. Big time saver. Also, step by step process with guides are invaluable.

I use this every year. Immensely useful! While updated annually, it does not overhaul the format every year, which would be a pain. I love the links available, that are clearly derived directly from CRA, and I love how if you use it year to year it pulls carry forward amounts, etc from prior years' returns. Can go straight to the forms if you're old hat, but letting the program walk you through is the way to go. (Ensures things are done right, and reminds me how this all works.) Thanks again!!

Quick and Easy

They actually nailed it this year.
I have been using Intuit tax programs for many years now and they have, for the most part been getting incrementally better each year. This year they nailed it though. The smoothest experience I have had probably ever, including handling several home based businesses.

Trust Intuit for Easy Tax Completion
Before I found Turbo Tax, I absolutely loathed doing taxes. Ever since I bought my first copy of Turbo Tax at least 15 years ago I have NEVER feared that I wouldn't get through the tax process without knowing that I had the best advantage and advice on my side to assure that I either get a return or pay the absolute minimum I have to.
Turbo Taxes Easy Step is incredibly reliable for guiding even the most un Tax Saavy Use (like me) who would be totally intimidated by taxes were it no for this truly dependable software.
Thanks Intuit for protecting my butt every April!!!!

No thinking required...it is soooo easy.
I am Turbo Tax customer for 5 years and year after year it is better/easier. Last year I have verified my tax return with charted accountant and he did not find any additional savings. I am committed.

Long Time user
I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and have found it makes filing my return easy, especially since I tend to leave it until almost the deadline. The hardest part is compiling my medical records and charitable donations. Is there a way to simplify them, such as using a spread sheet instead of the individual input fields? Netfile seems to have been simplified this year.

I would suggest that the optimum amount of income splitting be continuously illustrated once this feature is selected. This would remove the problem of calculating the optimum amount him/her themselves.
If other amounts are selected, comparing the results would save the user a lot of work and/or headache
This feature would certainly put TurboTax another step higher than the other tax software on the market.
