So easy to complete returns
It is very easy to complete multiple returns. Even if the returns are simple it is nice to have all the personal information carried forward from previous years. For the more complex returns I can have the previous years program open and I can easily compare it with the current year. Maybe a good option to add to the "review" process would be a sanity check against previous returns (something like last year you claimed xyz but don't have a claim this year)

Top notch as always!
I have used TurboTax for many years and have found it reliable and easy to use. You can rest assured that it is up to date with any changes and will assure that you claim all deductions for which you qualify. Easy Step walks you through and everything is explained clearly. Extra help is available throughout. I would not consider using any other program. I do taxes for three besides myself and have confidence everything is accurate. Net Filing was even simpler this year -- nice improvement!

Very smooth
I found this product well referenced, extremely helpful, and easy to use. This matters when tax forms make you break out in a cold sweat. I won't say that Turbo tax made the experience fun (seriously, who finds data entry fun?), but it did remove significant stress from the process.

Best Personal Tax software on the market
Turbo tax provides a great way to do your taxes and walks you through the filing process step-by-step. The built in tax tips and return optimizer helps you get the best return possible. The software is easy to install and use and you require no specialized tax knowledge. Easy as 1-2-3.

Informative Useful and SIMPLE
This is my fourth year using turbotax. I greatly appreciate the ease of filling out my returns. Through the varying life changes I have experienced over the past four years turbotax's helpful hints always provide clear and concise answers to all my questions. I am very satisfied with this product and will use it again next year regardless of what changes may occur in my life to make a tax return challenging.

Excellent product

Good Product
Generally a good product. However, I complete returns for both myself and my wife and it is very easy to mistakenly enter information on the other person's return. There should be some way to be clearer about which return I am currently working on (different colours?)

great product
Easy to work with. Only areas that I would like to see improved are with income splitting. It would be nice to know which spouse should transfer the amount as opposed to trial and error. If it was done automatically after choosing yes... to the question would you like to split income? that would be fantastic. Only other thing I would like to see is a graph of what percent of tax I pay. It seems to me this was included in previous release of Turbotax but have not seen this recently.

Excellent product for tax dummies
I am very pleased with this product and it seems to improve on a yearly basis. I've used it for the past couple of years and for a number of years some time ago. It is made simple and in plain English for folks without a lot of accounting or tax knowledge...I would Recommend this product to anyone who has difficulty with their tax returns or who is paying an outrageous amount to tax accountants who probably use this product anyway or one similar. It is so explanatory that you can do up a return within an hour, even for amateurs...

Dead Easy
This product not only makes tax preparation easier, it teaches you along the way. Put away the pencil and eraser. Turbo Tax also makes scenario planning a SNAP. What if scenarios are so easy to run.

Great product
This product has many helpful features including the option to answer questions (follow an easy process that also indicates progress) or open/complete forms.
The optimizers for donations and RRSPs provides a visual of how this affects tax.
What may be new this year were choices to provide additional assurance i.e. could review line by line with a tax professional.
