Always the best value for tax filing
Fourth year in a row using Turbo Tax. Was referred by a friend to use for filing income tax. So easy to use and it's literally step by step to fill out. The 3 previous years tax returns have been accurate to the penny.

Another Great Improvement for Tax Filing
Loved being able to download everything Revenue Canada already had on file for me this year. Only had to enter my charitable and medical deductions. And I loved the optimization process - surprised at how much money I saved. Great product, highly recommended.

Auto-fill prior years not obvious
I really liked the software but only saw the auto-fill my last year's information option once I was ready to Netfile. Perhaps that option should be more prominent in the easy fill review process.

Good Program
I've used Turbo Tax for the past 10 years and will purchase again next year.
The only improvement I would like to see is a less complicated method of imputing capital losses from previous years. Very confusing at present. How about an optimizer.

Gets better every year
I have been a user of TurboTax for many years now and it continues to get better every year.
Wow - the streamlining of the Netfile process this year is so much easier.
After the latest update (when I was about 2/3rds of the way through completing my return ) all was normal until I closed the program, choosing "save the changes" (which it appears to have done correctly ) but then the program did not complete closing all of the pages and hung up before closing the window. In all my years with TurboTax, this is the first time there has been a glitch. The next day I was able to re-open and complete my return and file it, so it would appear to be just a minor glitch.
Keep up the great improvements and the clear explanations to help us non-accountants.

Improves every year
Needs to make the RRSP wizzard easier to understand. Also, help for complex questions is not so user friendly, but overall I think it is an excellent program for the $s spent. I really like that they always make improvements every year. This year the NetFile was very easy compared to other years. Keep up the good work

User Friendly
I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and all tax returns have been submitted without any errors. It is an easy step by step compilation of necessary information from income tax documents that includes all your personal income, expenses and deductions.
It also keeps a running net figure of taxes to be paid or rebated at each step of the way.
