Refund
Over all I find turbotax easy to follow and use. My only issue is to do with my combined tax submission for my wife and myself. In round numbers I had a refund of $1188.00 and my wife owed $9.00 . The top left of the form suggested a net refund of $1179.00 but my wife's submission still wanted her to make a $9.00 payment within 5 days. It is not a lot of money but it still suggests a flaw in the system.

Can't file without
This program is a must. It takes the effort out of calculation. Inputting data is a piece of cake. Netfiling means not having to send in documents.

Keep up the old quality
Hi, I like your product, used it for years. It is easy to use and "remembers" the data from previous years. I had no problems with anything, until this year. The update to 2016 Standard Turbo Tax failed with error code 3015. I ignored the error and the update and filed my return. I hope that you will get back to your quality level of previous years. Being a software developer myself, I know that s**t happens. Better luck next time.

One additional feature you could add concerns the pension splitting optimization. Why not take into account the effect this will have on the other govt. services that you hint at in the optimization module?

Consistently amazing
I have used Turbo Tax since before it was Turbo Tax (Quicktax) and I am not aware of a better program out there. I wouldn't trust my tax preparation to any other program.

Clawback
I want to optimize our joint pension incomes. Income splitting has been beneficial in the past. Two years ago, however, I overpaid my spouse and caused her to exceed the income threshold for OAS, consequently causing a recovery payment for six months until the mistake could be corrected. I would like to see a warning for such conditions such that a joint claimant does not mistakenly exceed the net taxable income amount for OAS of either spuse.

Year After Year The Best
I've used both QuickTax and TurboTax ever since they were available for use. Never had a problem and the program has been updated over the years to make it very easy to complete the filing of my tax return. I'll definitely still continue to use this program!
