Easy peasy
This program makes filing your taxes quick and easy. And I mean, if you have all the forms you need, this basically fills itself. You fill in a couple of boxes, click and voilà. Done.

Effective
I've used this system since it first came on the market. It has saved me many hours of work doing calculations which may not be correct! I can trust most of what this program does. It has weaknesses with things like long term care home fees, private nursing fees, & foreign pensions with tax paid at source. However, I have found work-arounds over the years, but it is still frustrating. I should not have to force the system. I should be able to to ask a question, get the correct answer, find the location to input the data and be done. I don't think TURBO TAX reads the input it gets from the questions that are being asked, because I see these same questions repeated every year.

Easy and Intuitive - Best value for money
I have been using your product since 2005 and they continue to improve ways of getting the right information/ asking the right questions and calculating the correct tax with tax opportunity questions. Strongly recommended even for new filers. I have begun training my young adult children to use it and they found it intuitive.

Great Product
The ability to download forms from the CRA website is by far the most valuable improvement I have seen with this product.
On the T-Slips entry window, it would be great to see 4 or more slips, instead of the current 3. When you have a lot of slips, the more that are displayed, the easier it is to track.

EASY AND SIMPLE
I have used Trubotax previously and it was so easy to use that I returned to use it again.
It is definitely less expensive to purchase at Staples, Best Buy, WalMart or Costco than TurboTax charges themselves

Awesome program

Improving yearly
Quite different this year, but shows continual improvement. Still a few areas not very user-friendly: like one has to pay attention; for example, the medical worksheet won't transfer unless the dates work. Easily missed. Investment losses don't seem to transfer automatically.
