Happily used it for years
What I like about Turbo Tax is that if I follow instructions carefully it gives the desired results. If I make a numerical mistake and then correct it, all other amounts that are affected are automatically adjusted. I'm 77 and still have no problems with Net Filing.

Easiest Tax return
I have purchased Turbo Tax for a few years now. I have always completed my own tax return and Turbo Tax made the process so easy. What used to take hours filing out all the forms by hand, is now done in less than one hour - so great.

Optimizer Comment
For most applications I really love this program which I have now used for several years for a joint return for myself & spouse who are both retired. HOWEVER I find that the "optimizer" for who claims health or charity and also for income splitting is not particularly useful. When you select the optimizer tool, it takes you to a page where you can fiddle around yourself with different numbers and different scenarios to see which result gives you the lowest taxation. It seems to me that with all the information that is input, there should be a clear statement from the program re the most beneficial person and/or amounts to claim.

Great product - hard to read
First time using Turbo Tax on a Surface Pro 4. The print was excruciatingly small. Help suggestion was to magnify the screen. Close, but this causes text to run off the screen and would require constant repositioning of the page on the screen.
PLEASE fix this for next year.
