i have been using turbotax from the days when it was quicktax. I find it user friendly and their support staff are A-1 - always available and the best, very courteous and patient!

I do this every year
I do my own taxes every year and I always use turbotax because its very simple and easy to use (well for me im single), only thing is the Standard one is a bit pricey but other than that I recommend this product and will still continue using it.

So easy
I think this is the easiest way to do taxes. I would never pay anyone to do my taxes ever again - I have been using this program for years and it usually only takes me about 2 hours to do both my and my husbands taxes.

Gets better and better

Stress free taxes
Absolutely the easiest way to file taxes. If only paying taxes were this stress free. Should have been using this years ago but as is the case with most "seniors" fear and lack of knowledge held me back

Worth using ever year
I have used Turbo Tax and its predecessors Cantax and Quick Tax for years. Although I feel the annual cost could be reduced for faithful users, it is well worth using. It seems to improve its ease of use every year. The Review function flags items and draws them to your attention. Overall a very good product.

Best Vlkue for dollar
Have been using QuikBooks, then TurboTax in excess of 20 years. From the first return inclusively through to current tax year the process has been easy, accurate and maintains all carry forward data year to year. As a retired couple, kids all married and on their own, TurboTax methods, processes and simplicity more then adequately fulfill all requirements for both my wife and myself. Updates are provided year to year improving their product.

Excellent product
Love the product, feel 100% confident my Taxes were done right. One small issue I have is that there is no option to bring your address which is entered in your profile to the property tax form. A check box asking if the address is the same should fill the details from your profile. This would be helpful when doing more than 1 return, save some typing maybe prevent some typos.

Been using it for years
I have used TurboTax for quite a few years. I have tried other tax software but I did not find it as easy to use and I was not prompted for many savings. TurboTax did prompt me. It was easy to use too.
I realize it sounds like a commercial but it is true. I think the additional money is worth it. I will use TurboTax next year too.

disappointed re vista
although I have used you product easily and happy with it for several years. My laptop is only Windows Vista and I have received your message saying I cannot use it next year unless I upgrade. I have no intention of putting money out for an upgrade. I will be looking for an alternative next year for doing my taxes.

Always the best option
