Easiest to use

Easy To Use
Product is very easy to use and straight forward.
I consider my tax return to be simple. I only have 1 T4 & student loans to claim and I file with no problems.
My spouse has a more technical return - 1 T4 & Union dues, RRSPs, etc. and we are still able to file his return as simply as mine.

Tutbo Tax is Great
Turbo Tax is great. I like the way it takes you step by step all the way through your tax return and makes the entries wherever they need to go so nothing gets missed. It saves a lot time when you are entering more than one return.

Consistent experience every year
Did have problems with a software update that forced me to delete the software and reinstall. Software correctly retained previous work.
Did call customer service to confirm problem, as do not like messages that lead me to reinstalling software from a site that looks like a correct vendor site.
Could use some other assurances that I am dealing with the correct vendor and not some elicit source.

Turbo Tax is the Best
I have used Turbo Tax to do our taxes for years. While my husband was still working, with many extra entries, i was still able to do our taxes myself. Now that we are retired, it is very simple. This year I learned how to do Pension Splitting. Turbo Tax did the Optimizing for me. I always recommend using Turbo Tax if you want to do your own taxes. It saves you money as well.
