It keeps getting better
I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and I depend on its integrity and helpfulness. It's system of checking the completed form is terrific and just saved me some money with an item I had missed.

Weight Off My Shoulder

2016 Tax Return
The suggestions which accompanied the Review when completing the returns falsely suggested we delay claiming Medical and Donations to next year which would result in our getting $725.85 vs $1122.28 when I disregarded your suggestion.

Makes it very easy to submit taxes
I have been using Turbo tax for many years for the preparation of taxes for family members.
I like that it updates the return from previous information, and completing the forms is very easy.

Every number in its place
I've used TurboTax for years, but last year I retired from my job so my situation was different than any other year. TurboTax got every unusual number in the right box, no problem. And I went over the forms very carefully to be sure!

Totally worth the money
I have been doing my own taxes for years with turbo tax. I like only paying a small amount and getting big returns. I thought it might be harder since I decided to own my own business but turbo tax makes it super easy and even if you get stuck there is a lot of support to help you through!!

So easy to Use
I find TurboTax to be easy to understand, to use, correct informtion if needed and to file my taxes. I have been a customer for over 6 years and to date, have not had any errors noted by the CRA. I like how the total refund or payment is displayed throughout the completion of the various areas.

Simple for a luddite
I have an aversion to completing tax returns but with Turbo Tax , it is almost painless. The only area where I was somewhat confused was dealing with splitting of joint investments but the help section clarified this for me. Great job Turbo Tax.

Best way to go!
Really simplifies tax preparation. Net filing is now super simple - one click does it! Filing slips download from CRA is an innovative and useful addition. However, repeated request each time program starts to download from CRA after initial download is a bit annoying.

Easy way to do taxes
Nobody *wants* to do taxes so the next best thing is to get it over with quickly and easily. TurboTax helps with this. Online support and searches for terms that the average joe is unfamiliar with are great tools.
