Quick and Easy to use
I always dread tax time. With Turbo Tax the Returns are easy and the program makes it fast to use as it guides you through step by step. I have used Turbo Tax for approximately five years now and have never had a problem with our tax returns.

LET PROGRAM GUIDE YOU
If you answer the beginning questions correctly the program will automatically guide you through the forms you need to complete. Let it do it for you, as it is much easier than trying to figure out which forms to do. Also, use the optimizers, they work great.

Hard install
Installation from the purchased cd was not possible and it took several attempts to get the software installed from online. Not impressed with the install... once that was over the completion and filing was very good as it always has been. I will continue to use this software if installation is fixed.

I have been using Turbotax (previously Quicktax) for more years than I can remember and have never ran into a problem. It is a simple step by step fill in the blanks format for basic tax returns as well as having the ability to go to the more complex forms method when complex tax returns are being filed.

Easy to Use
I have been using this product to file my taxes for many years and I have found it to be extremely easy to navigate and it asks me all the right questions and provides me with accurate refunds or amount owing.
