great program, this is our third year using TURBO-TAX and it is the only income tax software to use. It is easy, simple to use, the online support is fantastic and its virtually impossible to make an error due to the reviews. I recommend this software to anyone

Difficult to upload from the supplied CD and get an update--was asked to delete and reload the program, and needed to talk to Turbo Tax help. I've used Turbo Tax for many years with no difficulty, but for some reason the 2016 version was a problem to install.
Once installed it ran, as in past years, with no difficulty. Great program.

Works Much better than earlier versions
With the ability to load tax info directly from CRA and only have to enter additional info this works much better and the save print functions integrated into the final filing process are wonderful.

Turbo Tax
I have used Turbo/Quicktax for a long time and it just gets better and quicker every year. I have yet to have any issues when using Quick Tax. Great Tax software year after year.

TurboTax 2016
As with previous editions of Turbotax the program was easy to use.
One problem which I have not encountered previously, leading to the 3 star ease of use rating: I used the DVD sent direct from Turbotax. The automatic update would not work and the suggested "fixes" did not work either. I had to download a version and install that. Automatic updates worked with the downloaded version.

Great produce
Year after year, it's easier. Too many friends have problems when their taxes are prepared by an accountant, but I've never run into problems with TurboTax.

You gotta get this!!
What a great way to do your taxes. Easy step-by-step setup. As long as you answer the questions correctly you can't go wrong. Got a question yourself, no problem, Turbo tax has lots of help information. I've been using Turbo Tax for seven years and they haven't disappointed me yet.

Overall was very easy to use except for auto-filling the return from CRA. Program becomes unresponsive when it connects to CRA and it takes a long time to become responsive again. Some explanation of the idiosyncrasies would be extremely helpful here.

great purchase
year after year I purchase the Turbo tax. This is my 3rd year and I find it very easy to follow and enter the information.
My only issue this year was that I kept getting an error message for a scrip that didn't go ok and I kept cancelling the thing and it kept coming back as soon as I would hit "continuer". Very annoying.

The auto sign up for automatic yearly Turbo Tax offers a discount for auto renewal, yet the price is above what I can get it on the shelf in a store. Boo Turbo Tax! If I can wait to do my taxes in April, the shelf price also drops another ten dollars on sale. . .
