Terrific Tax Tool
I have used TurboTax every year since its' inception and I have always been 100% satisfied with the performance and ease of filing my tax returns. With the step-by-step instructions that continue to be improved every year to keep up-to-date with CRA's changes it is a tool that I would never do without to complete and submit my return.

Worth the money!
I'm old school, I have always completed my taxes on paper. I never liked the idea of having to pay money for a program to file my taxes on line, when I could do it for free with the booklet provided, but after filing my taxes with turbo tax for the first time there is no way I'm going back to the booklet. Between doing my wife's and my own taxes I just saved about 8 hrs of my life.

could do without it
I phoned turbotax for help and received excellent service.They helped me set up gmail so if could download the product to my laptop and stayed on the line until I downloaded it.
I would not be able to do my taxes with out turbotax. My computer knowledge is limited. Their product computes everthing in your tax return and leads you through all the steps. You can go back if you forgot anything or need to change anything. Awesome product.

Easy for simple tax returns
I feel confidant and comfortable using this every year, even with a private business. Most places over charge once they hear "self employed." But Turbo Tax is easy to follow.

Easier every year
Turbotax is getting easier to use every year. Usual problem areas of Cdn Tax law are always highlighted with more information that you need when you need it. I did not have to look up anything online like I have found the need in previous years.

I've Tried others - Turbo Tax is the Best
Have tried other tax preparation software over the last several years. Tried Turbo Tax for the first time 3 years ago and I was very happy with it overall. I've stuck with it ever since. This years version is even better with its ease-of-use, help options, book marking etc...

Turbotax every year !
I have used TurboTax every year for the last 10 years (called Quicktax in previous years). I strongly recommend the Standard version if you do not have too many complicated investments. I use the Forms method of input for simplicity.

Don't know what i would do without it
Considering the several agencies that exist that do taxes for individuals, make a wide variety of mistakes, Turbo Tax is well worth the money and the insight gained from doing your own taxes. There are plenty of opportunities to fix mistakes as they arise. And you don't have to sit in a cubicle somewhere where all the information you share with an agent can be heard by anyone standing close by. I do several people's taxes with only one purchase. Don't know what I would do without Turbo Tax!!!

Really really good, improved User-Interface
I have used TurboTax for many years to Netfile taxes for my wife and I. This year's version is the best yet. The User-Interface is much improved. No need to create a separate file to upload to CRA as the software will do all that AND allow you to print a PDF copy for yourself.
It even watermarks the printed copy so you do not send it to CRA by mistake.
I am a happy customer.
