Easy to use
I've been using TurboTax (QuickTax previously) for years and have never had a problem with my tax returns. Even a few complicated returns were done with minimal research of how to process them. You don't need tax return experience to use this product due to the Easy Step interview method.

Great product but..
Great product. Have used Turbo Tax for years with few problems. This year I had difficulty with Manitoba Tax form T1005. After reassessment from CRA, had to google how to properly fill out the form. Seems lots of people have difficulty filling this form out properly as there is very little explanation on Turbo Tax how to do it. Had to send in a change of return to fix it. Other than that Turbo Tax has been a great product.

TurboTax forever
I have used this tax preparation for many years (originally QuickTax). There is no other way to do your taxes quickly, simply, and accurately than with TurboxTax.

Easy to Use
I have used TurboTax for a number of years now and I keep coming back to it because it is very easy to use for a numbers-adverse person like me. I like the built-in optimizers that help with maximizing my returns. Great product!

Easy way to file non-complex returns
The software is very straight forward and allows you to begin your return and then move through the wizard if forms come in later than expected. The tips are useful and this version includes help for many types of common deductions.

Use This Program Every Year
I've been using this software for more than 5 years now and find it easy to understand and use. This program does all of the required paper work for me and each year that I've used it I usually get a refund. There are free programs out there but I've always used this one and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Easy!
The program (interview method) was extremely easy to use. When I did require help, the "help" section easily answered my questions in just a few clicks of the mouse...this was the best version of TurboTax to date.

No recall from previous years?
I expected to not have to fill in most of the original info that was entered last year? I used Turbo Tax last year and thought it was supposed to populate from previous filings. I guess I was wrong. I had to start over with each return I did... not as time efficient as expected.

Great purchase
I've been using TurboTax and it's predecessor, Quick Tax, for years. It's a great product and makes completing tax returns so simple.
