Have used the tax program for years and found it excellent. The only area for improvement is the HBP questions. I find them hard to follow, so I input the data on the forms. schedule 7 and Home Buyer' Plan Worksheet.

Great Product
I have recently returned to Turbo Tax after a brief 3 years when I had my returns prepared professionally.
Turbo Tax 2016 is better than any previous version I have used. Simple and easy to use ... great product !

Turbotax 2016
I have used TurboTax in 2015 and 2016 and I found the directions very clear and easy to use. It gives you lots of prompts and tax tips along the way as well as information to help you in the following year. You can save it at any point and come back to it, correct or add information at any time before you actually send it and it gives you time to review everything before you send it.
I did have a problem installing the updates but when I went to the support site I found the answer I needed and got it up and running in no time.
Thanks for making my life so much easier and stress free TurboTax.

SO EASY
I have used TurboTax and before that Quick Tax for many years. Always updates itself and saves info for next year. Carries forward information.
Saves a ton of time and money.
Use it to do my kids' returns also.

We have been purchasing Turbo Tax Standard for the past 7 years and have found this to be extremely user friendly and have concluded that anyone should be able to follow the instructions given.... Way to go!
Using Turbo Tax makes filing your income taxes an efficient and easy way to go. Less expensive than a tax preparer, it asks you all the questions it needs to in order to offer you each form to fill out as needed. The help screens are pretty good for all uncertainties. This year for the first time, I had computer issues while filling out my tax, so had to call for help. It was given most efficiently by a gracious man who really knew what he was doing. Great to know help really was at hand.

Fileing is a breeze
As always TurboTax makes taxes easy.
Simply follow the instructions and a few clicks later your done.
The only thing you need is ALL your receipts. You can even fill in what you have and close TurboTax till you get the remaining receipts.

Still Excellent
Turbotax worked as well, if not better, than in previous years despite dire warnings about withdrawal of Vista support (I'm still on Vista). For some reason the Netfile option did not work for me but did for my wife's return. However the manual submission option worked for my return, using the easy to follow instructions provided.
Guess I'll have to migrate to windows 10 next year.

Net Filing vastly improved

For novice computer operator this system guides you all the way, plus allows you to insert extra forms that are not usually on the basic program. Also shows you advantageous
