TurboTax is easy to use
I've used turbotax for many years and I do returns for my family and a few friends ... just to be nice. It's simple and easy to use and using it each yr keeps my tax prep simple and consistent. I just have to plug in the numbers, answer a few review questions and we're done. Taxes are almost fun this way! :)

Useful year after year
I have used TurboTax for the last few years. It has always been easy to use and included many helpful tips. This year I appreciated the fact that I could easily switch between the interview method and the forms. I felt like I was more in control of the process.

Great program
I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. The product is easy to use even for those of us that are not computer literate. This year for some reason the program was unable to install the updates and a call to the support line solved the problem in minutes. Their rep was very professional and patient Very satisfied with the program and support.

Best Program I have ever used
I have used this program to do our taxes for many years and even before it became Turbo Tax. It is the best program I have ever found for doing our taxes. It is easy yet very detailed and helpful with any questions you may have. It Is GREAT!!!! I would recommend it to all my family and friends, as a matter of fact, I have !!!!!

Simple and Easy to use
I've been using TurboTax (QuickTax, old name) for many, many years. I switched for two years to another one to save a couple of dollars at one point but I came back to TurboTax.
It's only got better over the years.
Well done. I'm also an IT Professional and usually critical of the software that is on the market these day.

Entered with STANDARD, prompted to upgrade to PREMIER 2016. A nuisance delay to process the unexpected purchase, but all ended well. Nice walk-through instruction sequence, pension split painless. Lot of printout, but such is the bean-counter's game. Overall, a job well done by the IT architect[s].

Easy to use

Easy and Dependable
I've used TurboTax for several years and I use it to file tax returns for all my family members. I've never had an issue with the software and I'm always confident that my return is correct year after year.
The software is very user friendly as it guides you step-by-step to get all the deductions you qualify for. I would say that if my taxes were more complex I would consider going to an accountant, but for the average person, this is amazing software.
Completely worth every single penny!
