you need to identify yourself as having been employed (even if you haven't) if you want to open the window for insertion of the T4A amounts.

Simple and easy to use
I do like Turbo Tax. I prepared a tax return for a relative one year to see if I got the same return as was done from a professional and yes it was exactly the same.

Well laid out, easy to follow
I have been using turbo tax for many years. Although I felt the program was perfectly fine before, I feel as though it has improved. It is easier even easier to navigate through, and I like how I can click on hyper-linked words to find out more info.

Long Time User

Accurate and Friendly
TurboTax is a very user friendly tax preparation program as I was able to complete and net file both my wife's and my tax returns in under 30 minutes. The real time refund status was very helpful in determining best options to maximize the return amount. I see no need to look at other tax programs.

Excellent Product
For a basic tax return it is very easy to use and when you do one you can carry on and do tax returns for the all the members of your family and save a number of dollars on tax return preparation.

Excellent program
Turbo tax is well designed, fast and easy to use. However, when I had a question and was transferred to an agent, the Turbo Tax agent wanted me to install a program so that he could look at my tax information. This is not right since I really don't know who this person is and he would have access to all my personal financial information. So, I said no, and did not get my tax question answered. Why couldn't he just answer my question without installing an invasive program to have access to all my information?

Accurate and Simple to Use
Have used Turbo Tax successfully for the last 7 years.
Product has proven to be accurateand simple to use.
We have used it to file 2 returns (Family). Works well optimizing tax paid and maximizing refunds.
No issues with Canada Revenue Agency during this period.

Great product and easy to use
TurboTax is an easy to use, step by step tax return. Inputting of tax forms, makes it very simple. Just copy amounts from T slips into the on screen forms, and TurboTax does the rest.
