Turbotax Standard
The software work most of the time, but does add to the return some forms that are not need. I had some employment expanses (authorized by my employer -- as I work as an independent contractor); the software also filled these expanses in my wife's returns (in spite that she did not have these expanses). One must "review" manually every form prior to sending it to Revenue Canada.
Telephone support of software is an area of great concern.
Nevertheless, it is an excellent software.

What a relief
The hours I used to spend doing taxes for the family. Flipping pages checking rules and crunching on the calculator. Much easier!

Always the best!
I have used Intuit and Turbo Tax for years now and never had a problem. My taxes are easy to prepare. print, save and remit to CRA. All the forms are readily available and the programme is easy to use. I started with the question portion but after a couple of years I went to the form method which I have used every year since. I wouldn't use any other software to do my, my husband's and my mother's taxes.

Using this program for years
I am not an accountant or an expert at tax, I have been doing my taxes for 40 years manually and then using this tax program. its getting simpler every year. Never had any issues with CRA except had to send in donation receipts a couple of times.

Same consistient interface
I've been using Turbo/Quick tax since 99 every year. It's to the point where I feel I can do taxes for anyone.
Learn the forms interface and you can have your taxes done in 4min. Use the interview and be done in 10min.

Easy as pie.
I worked seasonally for over 20 years with a well-known tax service that used a program almost identical to this one. I was thrilled when I bought my first Turbo Tax and was familiar already with the program. It is the easiest program to use and navigating through it is not at all problematic. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!!
