Helpfull &Easy
I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years.
It has improved every year. I do at least five tax papers for friends and family and have never been so positive with using Turbo tax. With doing taxes one usually gets uptight but they keep it plain and simple. The connecting through the web site is great to take all the work out of it. Thank You!

Easy, fast, and effective
Both of our filings are incredibly simple, so we just cannot justify the expense of a professional. I have been using TurboTax for over 7 years now, and cannot believe how much money I wasted until I discovered how easy, fast, and effective it was to do it myself!

1st timer **it was a breeze**
This was my 1st time doing my own taxes. I am a single mom and wanted to save a few dollars. Turbotax explained everything clearly, every step of the way. I am so glad I took the chance and bought it. I will never go back to a tax agency.

Great product
I have used turbo tax and its predecessor since 1992. Each year it is easy to use, i always use the form version with softard in my computer. The help is fairly straightforward once you have used it once and it is a great product.

Quality Product.
Font size is good for a senior; NetFile is so easy to use compared to when it was first introduced. I was not able to download T slips from CRA using TurboTax.

Turbo Tax Gets It Done
I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and find it is accurate, user friendly, helpful, and comprehensive for doing my income taxes. I have a small business and am able to do the Business portion also on the Standard Turbo Tax program. I recommend this program to people who want to do their Income tax at home by themselves.

Best Tax Program

Great aid to filing tax returns with CRA
I have been filing my Income Tax returns using Turbotax for a number of years and it has been an extremely easy flow to complete my returns and file with CRA. I do get my documents ready before hand and ensure that I have the right boxes etc. for completion and when it comes to inputting the return it is a cakewalk. Great work Turbotax

Doing What-ifs
It was particularly useful this year for me to use the program to do what-ifs without committing the results. The procedure taken by the software for splitting of donations between spouses needs to be explained at the point of entering the donations.

Easy to Use

Very Helpful
I've used the product for quite a few years and I like how it retains and moves the prior years information into the new year. It also does all the complicated calculations for you and fills out all the special forms that are required when splitting Pension Income, Bank interest etc., You just have to make sure that you have entered the correct figures from you information slips. The Netfile feature is very handy and it lets you know right away if your return has passed the initial CRA audits. You also immediately receive a CRA Netfile confirmation number that your return has been received.
