great package
We have been using Turbotax for over 5 years and like it. It carries the result of previous year so that we did not have to search for the record. Over the years, the package incorporated new functionality such as reading T4. It also allows online installation, doesn't matter where you are or whether you have a CD ROM on your computer. No matter how scattered is your family, as long as you have he license key, the package works for you up to the allowed number of files. Enjoy!

I will not use any other product
With more than 20 years with TurboTax, I am convinced that I will not use any other product. I have never had any mistakes in my returns. They have been all sent by Netfile everyone of them went through on the first try. I couldn't ask for anything better and I like the price.

Taxes Made Easy
I have been using Turbotax now for approx 6 years and each year it just gets easier. This year was the best yet - especially the Netfile portion- so easy.

Check and Double Check
Navigating this program is not at all difficult, even for the moderately computer literate. By using the Easy Step interview process built into the program, Turbo Tax walks you through all the steps you need to input your information. Throughout the process, you can click on links for further help, either from Turbo Tax experts or other users. I used to file my taxes by hand - so I still like to check and double check everything I do. Turbo Tax allows you to view each form generated by the program, which I do before I hit the "send" button to and file my taxes electronically. The program facilitates getting your taxes done well before the due date! Highly recommended.

I have been using this income tax return forms for at least

Nearly Perfect
I find this application extremely useful every year, however, there are some fields that are left lacking of description. For example, there are some tax credits that had an explanation and others that did not. Or some fields that didn't specify the meaning, for example, there was field that said "enter the number of months you lived at this house" are we talking since I moved in or just last year? These sorts of minor details I shouldn't have to Google to find the answer.
Aside from these minor things, the application is self explanatory and very easy to use, that's why I keep buying this every year.

Straightforward
Simple as can be for a first time filer, very helpful with a comprehensive help database (with the ability to get phone help or live chat support at the drop of a hat) and explains most things in detail. Could have given a bit more detail on where certain values came from but very good nonetheless
