Super Easy!
Turbo Tax is very user friendly - easy to understand, many helpful guides along the way. The whole process from initial questions to filing for me and my spouse took less than an hour. I have recommended this program to many friends.

First time user
This was my first time doing a tax return like this. Found it very user friendly. My 17 year old son was excited to use it to file his first ever Tax Return. Will definitely use this product again and spread the word!

Easy to Use
I have relatively easy returns to file for me and my wife. The program makes it easy to file both together optimizing such things as pension splitting, medical expenses and donations. You see what you owe and what your refund will be instantly.

Easy to use
I tried other software last year and I think Turbo tax is more easy to use and navigate and edit some info. The only thing is its a little bit pricey. Other than that excellent ratings.

2016 Turbotax Standard
I've used Turbo Tax for years & it is getting easier as I go along, but each year, I need to prepare a couple before I get used to the changes from the previous year. I'm 70 years old & not "Computer Literate", so I need something easy to use, even though I'm preparing family member's returns.

chang eligible dependant claim
I found it tricky to remove the eligible dependant claim. I finally found it in forms, then called up the dependant, and unticked the box, but could not get it to come up in the easystep.
