My experience with Turbo Tax
I have used Turbo Tax for approximately 10 years. Program is easy to use and I would highly recommend it. Had my return reviewed this year by an expert and it was well worth the cost.

Ease of use

TurboTax Never Fails
I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. Each year it gets easier to use and lets you file with using Netfile. It always finds me the best deductions for my situation. Walks you through every step of the way.

Painless Taxes
I've been using Turbo tax for about 10 years now. Its the easiest thing I've ever done. I was skeptical at first as I did my taxes and family members for years, on paper, one line at a time. I was always accurate, so I was nervous just answering questions instead of doing all the calculation myself. But I have never been disappointed as Turbo Tax always delivers accurate results - assuming you type in everything correctly from your tax slips of course. But I do think it should be free or discounted for seniors or those who have used the product for multiple years. Give it a try!

The Only One I Use
I have been using Turbo Tax for at least seven years and I will continue to use it for my future tax returns. It is easy to use, easy to read, and easy to understand. The questions and forms are simple and the links that answer common questions are very helpful. My whole family uses Turbo Tax now!

easy forms are a time saver
overall good product, ok help with context to forms sometimes it isn't so though; one example professional membership fees on claim form I had to look up for additional explanation online as it was just giving me general (useless help) on what qualifies to be claimed

Download screen bug
After downloaded the product, the initial screen required me to scroll right to access the "continue" button. Had to call help desk because I didn't notice the scroll bar. First time this has happened.

A Faithful User of TurboTax
I am still old school, in that, I prefer to buy a CD package containing TurboTax to get started on my taxes every year. I am a long time user of TurboTax and have seen many improvements over the years. I am most glad that information can be pulled over from previous years of submitting my Income Tax to CRA. I have never had any problems. Security has increased over the years in terms of the tax filing process. I always make suggestions for improvement to contribute to the development and improvement of this product.

I found this product easy to follow, complete, and file. The only improvement I could suggest is that some of the language in the reviews seems like one accountant talking to another accountant and seems to assume that a non-accountant understands what is wanted. Perhaps some of the language can be changed so regular folks understand easier.
