Excellent Product
I love using this product. It's easy to use and the tips are helpful. I like that I can save and print copies. It's nice that I can do my entire family's tax returns.

Very easy to use
After many years of use, I find this software has improved greatly in simplicity of format, ease of use and thoroughness of processing. I am especially satisfied with the netfile processing. This function has improved greatly since its inception.

Excellent Software
Easy to use, just input the numbers from the boxes on your tax slips and the software takes care of the rest. A child could do your taxes with this software. Buy it!

Efficient as always
I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years now and it gets easier every year to file my return. I usually file around the end of Feb and have my return on the 8th business day afterward, almost without fail. Great program!

Been using Turbotax for years!!!
Regardless of whether one uses the "Interview" or "Forms" method, turbotax is easy and efficient to use. The Review process is excellent to ensure proper filing.

I rate the above 3 categories as 5 stars for Excellent. This does not mean that the software is Perfect. I've been using this for years and it is really well worth the money. Unfortunately the average tax payer would still need some expertise to work through his/her return.

Happy Customer

Deceased Return
This year I had to prepare the final return for my wife who passed away in 2016.
Because of this I could not prepare joint returns in TurboTax, as I have in previous years.
I always use the Sharing Pensions feature, which was always calculated automatically. This year, however, I had to do the calculations manually and so had to do a number of manual overrides of figures that TurboTax entered.
There should be a way of preparing the returns jointly and then specifying that one of the returns was to be the Final return.

Simple to Use
Turbo Tax is simple to use and gets me my refund quickly. The help windows are particularly good when you have a quick question or are uncertain what to do in a specific situation. I'll use it again next year.

TAXES MADE EASY
Have used TurboTax for several years and each year the program is more user friendly and easy to use. No need to take your taxes to an expensive accountant or tax specialization company when for a fraction of the cost of doing just one return you can have 8 and it is done in virtually no time at all.

Found this years' version confusing when coming back to continue after saving first part.It went to forms instead of returning to where I left off.Took me a while to get back to original area.Perhaps I messed up the 'save' when I went for a break.Still the best way to do my taxes!!

Longtime user
Have used TurboTax and its predecessor Intuit Tax for a long time. I use it for my family members as well.
Most of what I have needed has been available within the program information. Very few items required research elsewhere.

Feels familiar and "steady"
The consistency of the product in it's presentation and ease of use makes it feel familiar and comfortable to use. Over the years the user interface has improved and is stable. Help could me more content specific. I've always trusted the product but to a lesser extent the input process until recent years where my familiarity with the product has helped somewhat.

I am a long time "real" user of TurboTax. Tried a competitor last year and I can really tell you that this that Turbo Tax is way better. You have the option to use their "EasyStep" which walks you through questions to job your memory. Or if you are an advanced user you can enter through the Forms directly. This is worth penny. And now Netfiling is even easier that it was before...through a one step process.
