Very Good Not Perfect
Only have one comment/observation, most everything is up front and intuitive except medical insurance premium deduction. Keep waiting for a box to fill, instead have to open a page from the bottom of another page. Should be keyed to entry questionaire.

Works every year
Since I don't have an overly detailed situation, TurboTax works for me. This is the first year I had to claim support payments and even that was easy. The tips have also helped me save a bit on my taxes from time to time; gotta love that.

Easy to use, simple and painless
First time filing as a married couple, it was painless to file. The menus are easy to use. Had one small question, answers were on the turbotax community site. Have used it consistently for years and consider it my "go to" for tax filing nowadays.

Automation and easy
Automates much of the process removing the guesswork and has the help sections in the area you are working in... no need to dig out the manuals and flip through pages. Takes 3 days of paper and completes it in about an hour for complicated returns... in 15min for standard returns

making taxes simple
Basically anyone can use this program. The program asks you what income and expenses you have and then guides you to enter all your information. Help is just one click away. I have been using this program for years, and do my kids taxes as well, all for the one low price. I have probably saved thousands of dollars in accounting fees.
Very good value.

Great simple program
On my fifth year with turbotax and more pleased than ever. Why? Got linked in to their support line and had a very patient and conscientious assistant who helped find out where to put my complicated CCA and capital gains tax info for my rental properties. Saved me a lot of cash that hungry wolf accountants were only too willing to bill me. Keep it up guys and thanks

Best Value Tax Filing Option
TurboTax continues to improve its product, although still needs a better customer interface more like Intuit's USA version (excellent). They could also benefit from taking to heart suggestions from the users and improve the sections that are not well programmed like the Solidarity Tax. If one says "No" your response is ignored and generates alerts....needs overall. Most of all, needs the instant help feature that the USA version has with is on any field. A huge advance if you add this!

Taxes Made Easy
I am not mathematically inclined and i always paid for someone to do my very simple, easy taxes every year. Money wasted! A friend recommended TurboTax and it was a breeze to complete my taxes this year. Wel explained, easy options, clear choices.

Great as always!

Easy and accurate...
I have been using Turbo Tax since day one and I have never had any difficulties with it's use. I sometimes was nervous during the 'Netfile' part of the process but this year was a breeze. Thank you Turbo Tax for making filing even simpler. ...now if I could just get a refund it would be even better..

It does the job.
Turbo Tax Standard is easy to use and automates all the drudge work. I sometimes struggle with tax terminology and being unsure whether I fall into some of the groups or not, but there is generally enough help to figure things out. The new import of information from the CRA is very helpful although one of my forms got duplicated since it was submitted by two different bodies.

great, use year after year
This is an excellent product that makes doing income taxes less onerous. It saves information from year to year and advises when things might be missed or not completed correctly. My issue this year was not with Turbo Tax but with Microsoft. I had issues with XP and updating the version of TT. I finally solved it.

Best method for doing taxes
Turbo Tax is the easiest way of preparing my taxes, because it guides me through each step of the way, and automatically coordinates my return with my spouse's. It suggests all possible tax saving opportunities, and makes me aware of any changes in tax laws.
