Money well spend always
I used TurboTax for more than 15 years and never was disappointed and never got lost. Although tech/tax support is always there for you I did not have to ask it for help. All in all TorboTax saved me lots of time.

Good program but online version NOT
Very good program -- I have used it for years.
The package in the store did not include XP as compatible with the program so I started filling in the
online version which was a very bad experience ! :
It changed numbers that I entered ,was unclear about
whether to enter Que data separately or was like the CD
version, very slow to move around in, unable to look at forms etc. Eventually I found out that the 2015 TTax was doable with Windows XP so I downloaded it and started over. Next year if I still have windows XP... ??

Medical expenses
Medical expenses are checked on the form and then entered appropriately. Hint: Indicate that the expense is insignificant if the individual or couple have not paid/will not pay any income tax as is the case with most low income senior!

Great program to use
I've tried other online and download application in the past but for the past number of years I continue to come back to Turbo Tax. The application is easy to use and easily ensure you are taking advantage of all relevant credits for an accurate return. Would highly recommend Turbo Tax for personal returns.

Sooo Easy
I had worked for a couple of years as a checker of returns that were compiled by a national Tax Return/Filing agency.
I have used Inuit Turbo Tax for many years - it is the easiest and simplest way to compute your taxes and should be made available to all those who paid (a lot of) money to that national chain.

Tax filing made easy
The program is thorough and does all the thinking for you. As tax laws change most people are unaware of the changes unless they are in the profession. *This year the only part I found confusing was the income splitting part, it seemed like I was claiming the same thing twice. So needed some extra research for that. But other than that Super easy!

I don't need 8 returns!
Product is great but I only need one return, not 8 of them. It would be nice to pay half the price for only half or less than half of the returns. Otherwise, I think that TurboTax is a good deal.
